Nextcloud Forms Guide: Create and Share Surveys
Nextcloud Forms is a self-hosted survey tool integrated into the Nextcloud platform, offering an alternative to services like Google Forms with enhanced data sovereignty.
Nextcloud Forms provides a simple interface for creating surveys with various question types, including text, multiple choice, and rating scales, while ensuring responses are stored on the user’s server.
Installation is straightforward, requiring a single click for Nextcloud administrators, and the app is accessible to all authenticated users by default, simplifying form creation and distribution.
The tool prioritizes data privacy and control, eliminating third-party data processing and offering options for public links, internal user sharing, and anonymous responses, making it suitable for regulated industries.
