Nextcloud Enterprise introduces Governance, a new add-on for managing data lifecycle and compliance within a self-hosted platform.
Nextcloud Governance, designed for regulated organizations, combines data classification, lifecycle management, and compliance tracking into a single on-premises platform. The add-on builds upon existing Nextcloud Enterprise features like retention, audit logging, and access controls, ensuring data remains under the organization’s control.
The upcoming webinar, featuring Jos Poortvliet, will demonstrate key features such as sensitivity labels, retention policies, a compliance dashboard, and eDiscovery capabilities. Attendees will learn how to classify files, manage data lifecycles, track compliance tasks, and perform eDiscovery searches.
