Nextcloud Hub 26 Summer Release Introduces Euro-Office Desktop App
Nextcloud has released version 35 of its collaboration platform, Hub 26 Summer, featuring Euro-Office and a new Teams app.
Nextcloud Hub 26 Summer was released on September 16, 2026, three days before the community conference in Berlin. This release includes Euro-Office as a standalone desktop application with collaborative editing capabilities, alongside a new Teams app where resources belong to the team, not an individual, and relational columns in Tables.
The releases are now named after the season, following the convention of Hub 26 Spring, which marked the company’s tenth anniversary. With the release of version 35, Nextcloud maintains three main versions in parallel, leading to the end of support for version 32.
The release builds upon features introduced in the Spring release, such as Euro-Office in the browser and Nextcloud Governance, emphasizing the origins of the new features, which come from Dataport, SURF, the Deutsche Telekom, and community contributions.
